Original title: MOTION TO APPROVE Eighth Amendment to the Agreement between Broward County and Aptim Coastal Planning & Engineering, LLC and Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC, operating as a joint venture, attached as Exhibit 1, for coastal engineering consultant services for the Broward County Shore Protection Project (RLI No. 040897-RB), modifying the scope of work to include establishing an erosion control line (ECL) along Segment II; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, to execute additional amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations to the County.
