Appointments to the Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee

Original title: MOTION - NO. M-26-138 - BY: COUNCILMEMBER HARRIS Brief: Appointing the following persons serve as members of the housing trust fund advisory committee to advise the City Council concerning appropriations from Housing Trust Fund and shall submit reports thereon to the Council as provided in City Code Section 70-415.342: 1. Elizabeth Holman, appointment nominee of the Mayor; 2. Sabrina Mays, appointment nominee of the City Council Quality of Life Committee Chair; 3. Maxwell Ciardullo, appointment nominee of the City Council Community Development Committee Chair; 4. Ellen Lee, appointment nominee of the City Council Budget, Audit, and Board of Review Committee Chair; 5. Tashia Gaspard, appointment nominee of the City Council President, such nominee having lived experience being unhoused or living in a low-income or other affordable housing unit; 6. Monique Blossom, appointment nominee of Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center; and 7. Elizabeth Harvey, appointment nominee of Southeast Louisiana Legal Services. The terms of each foregoing member shall commence immediately and end on December 31, 2026. Annotation: (This matter was introduced on 4/9/26).
