Original title: Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Traffic Code,” to designate East Memorial Hall Drive and West Memorial Hall Drive in Fairmount Park as one-way streets, under certain terms and conditions and authorize and/or empower the Department of Streets for the City of Philadelphia to take any and all necessary actions to enforce this Ordinance pursuant to Chapter 12-600 of The Philadelphia Code.
