Original title: RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT NO. 00198 TO ASHURST LLP FOR THE DELIVERY OF LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS TO DEVELOP COUNTY CIVIL AND CRIMINAL COURT FACILITIES AND OTHER PROJECTS AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,000,000.00 OVER THE INITIAL TWO-YEAR TERM AND TWO, ONEYEAR OPTIONS TO RENEW; AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY MAYOR OR COUNTY MAYOR’S DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE SAME AND EXERCISE ALL PROVISIONS CONTAINED THEREIN, EXCEPT AUTHORIZATION OF WORK ORDERS, INCLUDING ANY CANCELLATION, RENEWAL AND EXTENSION PROVISIONS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2-8.1 OF THE COUNTY CODE AND IMPLEMENTING ORDER 3-38.
