“Coloradans are being priced out of the communities they built. I am fighting to bring housing costs down by cutting the regulations and fees that drive up the price of every home and every rent check. I ran HB22-1127 to create an income tax credit for renters struggling to keep up and will continue to find ways to make housing more affordable. Your money belongs to you, not to politicians in Denver. I will defend the Tax Payer Bill of Rights (TABOR) and fight every attempt to weaken it or raise your taxes without your vote.”

“1. Out-of-state gambling companies are targeting our kids and hooking Colorado families on their apps. I stood up to them by sponsoring SB26-131 to stop predatory advertising aimed at minors and put an end to betting on credit cards. 2. Data centers must pay for the power and water they use. Those costs should not be shifted onto families. Require recycled or closed-loop water wherever feasible. The state should also put a one-year pause on new data centers approvals until those costs and water rules are in place.”
