CONSIDERATION OF A CHANGE ORDER WITH MALOOF NAMAN BUILDERS, INC. FOR DEMOLITION WORK AT LA PUENTE PARK IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,370

It is recommended that the City Council: (1) approve the change order in the amount of $18,370; and (2) provide direction to Staff for removal of the concrete retaining wall.

CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE IAN C. CALDERON SKATE PARK AND BASKETBALL COURTS AT LA PUENTE PARK

It is recommended that the City Council: (1) approve the plans and specifications for the construction of the Ian C. Calderon Skate Park and basketball courts at La Puente Park; and (2) authorize Staff to solicit for bids.

Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the City Council/Successor Agency regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection during normal business hours at City Hall located at 15900 E. Main Street, the La Puente Community Center located at 501 North Glendora and the Los Angeles County Library located at 15920 E. Central. In addition, such writings and documents will be posted on the City's website at http://www.lapuente.org.

MEETING TIMES

Brown Act, Government Code Section 54950, et seq., is approved by a majority of the members of the City Council. (Ordinance No. 95-727).
