CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 9:02 AM by Chair James Clasby, District No. 1. Present Commissioner Jamie Fowler, District 4; Commissioner Larry Leet, District 2; Commissioner James Clasby, District 1; Commissioner Erin Lowry, District 3; Commissioner Cathy Townsend, District 5 Also Present Dan McIntyre, County Attorney George Landry, County Administrator Mayte Santamaria, Deputy County Administrator Barbara Guettler, MSBU Coordinator Benjamin Balcer, Planning & Development Services Director Patrick Dayan, Public Works Director Michael Jerrahian, Building Official William Durden, Assistant Building Official Nick Linehan, Stormwater Program Coordinator Matt Baum, Parks, Recreation & Facilities Director Jennifer Hill, Office of Management & Budget Director Sydney Halleran, Agenda Coordinator Vera Smith, Deputy Clerk Recording Secretary 2. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT Chair Clasby opened the meeting for public comment at this time. With no one wishing to address the Board, Chair Clasby closed public comment. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made to approve all sets of minutes, and it passed unanimously.
