The Regular Session of the Auburn City Council was held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 1225 Lincoln Way, Auburn, California on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. with Mayor Kirby presiding and City Clerk Stephanie Snyder recording the minutes.

By RESOLUTION 16-91, ratify and approve payment of warrants 91213 through 91420 totaling $1,122,521.83.

## 3\. **City Hall Security Project – Notice of Completion**

By RESOLUTION 16-92, authorize the recording of a Notice of Completion to Tyco Integrated Security for the City Hall Security Project.

## 4\. **Gietzen Fire Station Upgrade and Remodel – Notice of Completion**

By RESOLUTION 16-93, authorize the recording of a Notice of Completion to Owens Construction, Inc. for the Gietzen Fire Station Upgrade and remodel.

## 5\. **Corporation Yard Tool Shed Roof Replacement Project – Award of Contract**

By RESOLUTION 16-94, authorize the Director of Planning and Public Works to execute a construction contract with J.D. Jones Roof Crafter Inc. for the Corporation Yard Tool Shed Roof Replacement Project in the amount not to exceed $18,967.30.

## 6\. **Reclassification of Position within the Public Works Department**

## 7\. **Consultant Agreement for FY16/17 Engineering and Construction Services for the Sewer Collection System and Consulting Services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant**

By RESOLUTION 16-95, authorize the Director of Planning and Public Works to execute the consultant agreement with NexGen Utility Management for FY16/17 Engineering and Construction Services for the Sewer Collection System and consulting services associated with the wastewater treatment in an amount not to exceed $98,980.00.

## 8\. **Authorization to Accept Funds from the Middle Fork American River Hydroelectric Project (MFP)**

By RESOLUTION 16-96, authorize the Director of Public Safety to accept MFP funds to be utilized for fuel reduction purposes.

## 9\. **Signing Authority for Interim City Manager**

By RESOLUTION 16-97, grant signing authority to Larry T. Combs, Interim City Manager.
