1. Call To Order/ Roll Call
Chair Jonnalagadda called the meeting to order at 6:39 PM.
Present: Chair Varsha Jonnalagadda, Teen Councilmembers: Divij Bhatia, Ananya Bollapini, Vihaan
Choudhary, Suhani Goyal, Rishab Guntuku, Sandra Joseph, Kaashvi Patil, Naina Rana, Adhyayan Veer
Singh, Neil Thella, and Alternate Committee Members Mya Chan, and Siddharth Verose.
Absent: Vice Chair Tanya Kaur Grewal. Teen Councilmembers: Eva Brooks, Keerthi Eraniyan, Ishaan
Garg, Arshia Ghatak, and Nishka Gouri.
Other Attendees: Jessica Reaber, Parks & Community Services Recreation Supervisor, Stacy Munsell,
Parks & Community Services Office Specialist, Richard Adler, City Councilmember, Jon Bell, Public
Services Division Manager
2. Public Comment Or Written Communication
No public comment was given.
3. Committee Business
3.1 Approval of March 17, 2026, Regular Meeting Minutes.
Member Bhatia’s motion to approve the February 17, 2026, regular meeting minutes was
seconded by Member Goyal. The motion passed 13-0-4-0.
3.2 Recycling and Sustainability Initiatives Update
Jon Bell, Public Services Division Manager, gave the committee a presentation on the city’s
current “Recycling and Sustainability Initiatives”, and the council asked questions and gave him
feedback.
The committee received Public Comment from Kathryn Grace.
3.3 2025-2026 Teen Council Annual Report Review and Approval
Council Chair Varsha Jonnalagadda reviewed, and the council discussed the 2025-2026 Teen
Council Annual Report.
Member Bhatia’s motion to approve the report was seconded by Member Goyal. The motion
passed 13-0-4-0.

Chair Jonnalagadda adjourned the meeting at 7:37 PM.
