A. Call to Order
The Metropolitan Council met in regular session on this date at 6:30 p.m. in the Metropolitan
Courthouse.
The invocation was offered by the Fairfield Four.
B. Pledge of Allegiance
The Metropolitan Council gave the pledge of allegiance to the American Flag.
C. Roll Call
The roll was called and the following members were present during the progress of the meeting:
Shulman, Mendes, Hurt, Allen, Glover, Suara, Hall, Toombs, Gamble, Swope, Parker, Withers,
Benedict, VanReece, Hancock, Young, Hagar, Evans, Rhoten, Syracuse, Welsch, Sledge, Cash,
O'Connell, Taylor, Hausser, Druffel, Murphy, Pulley, Johnston, Nash, Vercher, Sepulveda, Rutherford,
Styles, Henderson, and Rosenberg (37); Absent: Bradford, Roberts, Porterfield, and Lee (4).
D. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the regular meeting on December 7, 2021 were approved.
E. Elections and Confirmations
E1. Community Corrections Advisory Board
Appointment of Ms. Anna Flores for a term expiring August 31, 2023.

seconded and adopted by a unanimous vote of the Council.

Appointment of Ms. Jennifer Hackett.
