This opportunity is made possible in partnership through the lease agreement between the City of Huntington Beach and Arcis Golf. 25-806 Part-Time Employee of the Month - This month Staff recognizes Part-Time Department Services Aide, Risana Nowel, as an integral part of the Beach Enforcement Division of the Community & Library Services Department. Risana is celebrated for her dedication to her job, commitment to building strong relationships with downtown businesses and the approach she takes in fostering community trust and collaboration. SUPPLEMENTAL COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC COMMENTS The City welcomes public comments on agenda or non-agenda items, however, the Commission can take no action on this date, unless the item is agendized. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS 25-808 Dissolution of the Park & Recreation Master Plan Liaison Group - With the completion of this project, Staff is requesting the dissolution of the Parks & Recreation Master Plan Liaison Group. Move to dissolve the Parks & Recreation Master Plan Liaison Group. Recommended Action: INFORMATIONAL ITEMS 25-809 CIP Review & Project Updates - Cole will provide an update on Patriot Point. 25-810 Calendar of Events - Calendar of Events are provided for the months of October and November. COMMITTEE REPORTS 25-811 Library Master Plan Liaison Group - Chair McHardy will provide an update on the Library Master Plan process. 25-812 Special Interest Committee - Commissioner Barnes will provide an update on the Grow HB outdoor volunteer program.
