1. CALL TO ORDER and ROLL CALL, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, INVOCATION

Mayor Mike Thomas, Councilwoman Debbie Dolbow, and Councilman Jonah PowersPresent: 3 -

2. PUBLIC HEARINGS, ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

a. Resolution No. 2022-R-33 - Emergency Resolution - Building Fees

City Clerk Zlotnik read Resolution 2022-R-33 into the Record.

Darren Lear, Development Services Director, provided a staff report and recommendation. Mayor

Thomas confirmed this was not for permits for new houses, but for hurricane related damage.

There being no Council or citizen comments Mayor Thomas closed the public hearing.

A motion was made by Councilman Powers, second by Councilwoman Dolbow, to approve

Resolution No. 2022-R-33. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote:

Yes: Mayor Thomas, Councilwoman Dolbow and Councilman Powers3 -

Excused: Councilwoman Power and Councilwoman Bennington2 -

3. ADJOURN

There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 4:33 pm.
