Case # 20-116221B Citation # 5768 (Hazelwood) Curran Robert P - 7 Denson Drive Section 10-113 Inoperable Vehicle City of Edgewater Code Enforcement Officer Robert Hazelwood presented the case. Michael Demalia was present and testified. Code Enforcement Officer Robert Hazelwood stated the property is in compliance. Special Magistrate Jacob Schumer finds the property in violation of 10-113 Inoperable vehicle of the Code of Ordinances and reduced the citation fine of $75.00 to $25.00.
