6:00 PM STUDY SESSION: RENT MEDIATION PROGRAM

The Council will hold a study session to review the draft Rent Review Ordinance - Staff recommendation: that the Council: (a) Receive an update from staff regarding changes made to the draft Ordinance No. 2018-02 based on Council direction from the April 2, 2018 first reading of the ordinance; (b) Conduct a study session to receive additional input regarding the proposed ordinance; (c) Provide direction to staff regarding any next steps associated with the draft ordinance
