The Duval County School Board will hold union negotiations with AFSCME Council 79 pursuant
to Board Policies 8.51 through 5.46 on November 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held
on the 1st floor in Conference Room 110 at the Administration Building, located at 1701 Prudential
Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
The purpose is to discuss the following topic(s):
• Negotiate with AFSCME Florida Council 79
Any person who anticipates an appeal of a decision made by the Duval County School Board with
respect to any matter considered at this meeting, or who may decide to appeal such decision, will
need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. This record will need to include
the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
