DISCUSSION ITEMS 5.1 Grants and Outside Funding Chairman Okamura opened the Public Hearing at 6:06 PM Public comments were not received. Chairman Okamura closed the public hearing at 6:06 PM Director of Public Works gave an update on the following items: • State revolving loan fund • The Beach plant qualifies for more funding for being a disadvantage community. • Rio Vista EPA budget for the earmark of 5 Million Purple Pipe money • Future wells are on the list for the State revolving fund. 5.2 One City Wide Rate vs. Two City Rates Chairman Okamura opened the Public Hearing at 6:28 PM Public comment was received. Chairman Okamura closed the public hearing at 6:31 PM City Manager presented the City Attorneys legal opinion on One vs. Two rates. Both are acceptable. 5.3 Finance Plan updates for Storm drain and Water Chairman Okamura opened the Public Hearing at 7:33 PM Public comments were not received. Chairman Okamura closed the public hearing at 7:33 PM NBS gave a overview of the Finance Plan updates for Storm drain and Water Committee members asked questions and provided comments. 6.
