1 Adoption of FY26 Manatee County Budget/Millage - Second Public Hearing; Adoption of Resolution B-26-004, B-26-005, B-26-006; and Adoption of the Capital Improvement Plan Resolution R-25-155

Pass - A motion was made by Commissioner Siddique, seconded by Commissioner Bearden and carried 6-1, with Commissioner McCann voting nay, to adopt Resolution B-26-004, adopting the Ad Valorem Millage Rates for the Fiscal Year (FY) 25-26.

Pass - A motion was made by Commissioner Rahn, seconded by Commissioner Siddique and carried 6-1, with Commissioner McCann voting nay, to adopt Resolution B-26-005, adoption of Manatee County Annual Budget for FY25-26.

Pass - A motion was made by Commissioner Rahn, seconded by Commissioner Siddique and carried 6-1, with Commissioner McCann voting nay,to adopt Resolution B-26-006, adoption of the Final Budget for Dependent Special Taxing Districts of the Board of County Commissioners for FY25-26.

Pass - A motion was made by Commissioner Siddique, seconded by Commissioner Rahn and carried 6-1, with Commissioner McCann voting nay, to adopt Resolution R-25-155, adopting the Manatee County Five Years (FY26-30).
