The City Council of San Antonio convened in a Special Meeting in the "B" Room of the Municipal

Plaza Building. Deputy City Clerk Leticia Saenz took the Roll Call noting the following

Councilmembers present:

10 - Nirenberg, Treviño, Shaw, Viagran, Gonzales, Brockhouse, Sandoval,

Pelaez, Courage, and Perry

PRESENT:

1 - SaldañaABSENT:

Deputy City Clerk Saenz announced that Councilmember Saldaña was out of town attending the

Communities In Schools Retreat and Board Meeting.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mayor Nirenberg recessed the meeting into Executive Session at 2:08 pm to discuss the

following:

Legal guidance relating to the Texas Open Meetings Act (SA to DC 2018) pursuant to

Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
