P.L. 81-874 requires that School Board minutes reflect the authorized representative as part of the application process each year. The "Core User" must be an employee of the School District with the authority to sign the Impact Aid application. The appointed "Core User" will have the authority to create and manage two other users who will enter the District's detailed impact aid data into the system. The designated "Core User," with signature authority, is required to log into the system to electronically sign the finalized application. The additional waterproofing and roofing scope was determined to be required to protect the recently completed work at the Gym and Locker Rooms. During construction, the infrastructure in Ramp 1 was found to be insufficient to serve the restrooms and a revised design was developed to replace the infrastructure and reconfigure the restroom floorplans to better serve the student population. Scope of Work: Niceville High School Band Room Roof Replacement Project – This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing single ply over 3” polyisocyanurate insulation roof system that covers the Band Room addition. The tear-off area is approximately 60 squares. A new Tremco Powerply Endure FR100 adhered in Powerply Endure BIO adhesive roofing system will be installed over two new layers of 1.25” polyisocyanurate insulation. New edge metal and coping is included.
