Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure Resolution No. R-2022-148, Paragraph I b(2), Page 4, Supplemental information not related to the development of the Agenda item may be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding the Wednesday Commission meeting.

CONSENT AGENDA

Those matters included under the Consent Agenda are self-explanatory, and are not expected to require review or discussion. Items will be enacted by one Motion; however, if discussion of an item is requested by the City Commission, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.

Item 4 - Request to Remove from Agenda - Purchase of One (1) F-350 Utility Truck for Public Works Park Maintenance

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2024 F-350 SUPER DUTY REGULAR CAB 4X2 FROM BOZARD FORD IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,000.00 FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE DIVISION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Recommendation:

This item is being removed from the agenda for further review.

Item 14 - Updated Resolution Attached - Approval of Revocable License Agreement Between the City of Oakland Park and Broward County for the Installation and Maintenance of Monument Signage and Associated Landscaping within County Right-of-Way on Prospect Road West of NW 21st Avenue.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK AND BROWARD COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERMITTING ACCESS, INSTALLATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF CITY MONUMENT SIGNAGE AND ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPING WITHIN THE COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG PROSPECT ROAD; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Recommendation:

Updated Resolution Attached.
