CALL TO ORDER: 5:45 PM B. INTRODUCTIONS OF BOARD MEMBERS AND BYLAWS (B) The Board members and Staff introduced themselves. C. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA Moved by Larissa Kulyk Seconded by Sarah Joy Motion: The City Beautification Board adopt the agenda. Aye (5): Nicholas Christian, Shelby Gonzales, Jim Harper, Sarah Joy, and Larissa Kulyk Approved (5 to 0) D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 1. The City Beautification Board Approve the Minutes from the October 14, and November 12, 2025 Meetings (B)

Aye (5): Nicholas Christian, Shelby Gonzales, Jim Harper, Sarah Joy, and Larissa Kulyk Approved (5 to 0) E. BUSINESS DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. 2025-949 Selection of a New Chair and Vice-Chair (NB) Moved by Shelby Gonzales Seconded by Larissa Kulyk Recommendation: Members to select a new Chair and Vice-Chair for the City Beautification Board. Motion: Select Sarah Joy as the City Beautification Chair, and Jim Harper for the City Beautification Vice-Chair. Aye (5): Nicholas Christian, Shelby Gonzales, Jim Harper, Sarah Joy, and Larissa Kulyk Approved (5 to 0) 2. 2025-327 City Beautification Board Future Initiatives (B) Moved by Shelby Gonzales Seconded by Jim Harper Recommendation: The City Beautification Board to discuss and take action as deemed necessary. Motion: To hold the 2026 City Beautification Awards in the Spring. Staff to suggest potential locations and dates. Board members to email their nominations to the Staff Liaison, for a conversation at the next board meeting. Aye (5): Nicholas Christian, Shelby Gonzales, Jim Harper, Sarah Joy, and Larissa Kulyk
