CALL TO ORDER – Jennifer Branning, Chief Probation Officer - at 8:30 am
Roll Call of CCP Executive Committee Members: Jennifer Branning, Jayson Vial, Kevin Singletary, Brandi Ringo, John McGarva & Patty Gunderson
Attending Staff: Calli Oxford & Amy Foster
Approval of Minutes from April 18, 2025 meeting – John McGarva motions to approve the minutes, Patty Gunderson seconds the motion, the motion carried by majority vote.

PUBLIC COMMENT/UNAGENDIZED DEPARTMENT REPORTS - None
INFORMATION ITEMS
Jail Update – John McGarva reported they are experiencing IT issues and currently looking for an IT specialist job description. Jennifer Branning reported Probation is experiencing the same issues and would like to see what that looks like. Patty Gunderson will share that information with John. John also reported they are short staffed and have a hiring bonus going to the Board of Supervisors for the 22nd for approval. Amy Foster reported they had a site visit for the HVAC system.
CalAim – Jennifer Branning reported the SharePoint site has been created. Currently working on the Adult System of Care Team again. John McGarva reported the Data Sharing Agreement was approved by the Board of Supervisors.
Data Update – None
Probation/DRC Updates – Jennifer Branning reported information regarding the BSCIP Grant, Prop 36 Program and opioid settlement. Probation is also experiencing a staffing shortage.
Training Needs/Request – Jennifer Branning reported no money was spent from the training line last fiscal year. Reminder was given on using those funds. LCSO and Probation will have training requests in the future.

1. Request to approve the FY 25-26 Budget - John McGarva motions to adjourn the meeting, Jayson Vial seconds the motion, the motion carried by unanimous vote. Brandi Ringo abstained.
