Rebranding Project No RFP/RFQ required – Minimal costs expected. Goal: Complete within the current fiscal year. Scope includes: New Town logo Tagline Official color palette Logo usage guidelines The current effort of the "Rebranding Project" is a scaled-down version of what was originally presented during the Visioning Session on 04/11/2025.

Permanent Speed Bumps - Speed Table Pilot Program A more permanent speed bump “table” was considered during the April Visioning Session. Our traffic engineer Kimley-Horn is currently working with Palm Beach County (PBC) Traffic Division/Fire Rescue to ensure that the specs of the proposed speed table meet all of their requirements. We want to ensure that the new speed tables still have the same impact in terms of slowing traffic down while providing a smoother transition from the existing asphalt to the speed tables. To test that theory we are planning on conducting a pilot program for the four (4) speed bumps on S Lake between S Oak & E Ocean Ave. Projected cost: $3k - $4k per speed table.
