AGENDA ITEM NUMBER Type Action Fiscal Impact Yes Dollar Amount $1,200.00 Budget Source General Fund Recommended Action Motion to approve the the cost of a liability policy for the drag boat racing contest set to take place February 1, 2020 in the amount of $1,200 The City is scheduled to host a drag boat racing contest on February 1, 2020, potentially attracting participants from Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Similar events draw a crowd of approximately 5,000. The City has been asked to help off-set the cost of the event by reimbursing $1,200 for an insurance policy.
