7.A P-25-01 and P-25-02 - Request by Regional Real Estate Management LLC to assign

Neighborhood Support Future Land Use to an annexed parcel, and to assign Commercial-

Highway (C-3) zoning district to the same annexed parcel. General Location: A parcel generally

located south of Dundee Road, approximately 1,748 feet east of Overlook Drive, SE and

approximately 108 feet north of Highway 550. The area covered by this request is 0.11+/- acres.

7.B P-25-03 - Administrative request to amend the Capital Improvements Element of the

Comprehensive Plan to update the 5-year Schedule of Capital Improvements and to revise

Capital Improvements Element Policies 1.1.7 and 1.1.8 relating to the adoption of the Florida

Department of Transportation’s and Polk County’s 2024/2025 through 2028/2029

Transportation Improvement Programs and the Polk County School Board’s 2024/2025

through 2028/2029 Facilities Work Program by reference.
