Welcome to the San Ramon Valley Unified School District Board of Education Special Meeting.
During the meeting, members of the public can address the Board by submitting a speaker card for items on the agenda. For special meetings and workshops, there is no Public Comment for Non-Agendized Items. Public comment is limited to items on the agenda. By law, Board members can only take action or engage in dialogue for agendized items.
A time limit of three (3) minutes per speaker has been established and will be enforced. The Board reserves the right to decrease the amount of time allotted per speaker.
Electronic submission of Public Comments can be done at publiccomments@srvusd.net. Emails will be automatically forwarded to each Board Member and will be entered into the official minutes but will not be read aloud during the meeting.
Notice of special meetings or workshops of the Board will be available at least 24 hours prior to the special meeting or workshop.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the San Ramon Valley Unified School District will provide disability-related modification or accommodation upon request. If you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact the Office of the Superintendent at (925) 552-5500. Notification 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the Executive Assistant to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this meeting. Parents/guardians may request directory information or personal information of the student or parent/guardian, as defined in Education Code 49061 and/or 49073.2, be excluded from the minutes. The request must be made in writing to the secretary or clerk of the Board.
