New and Unfinished Business Memo to Council - Christmas Party Motion Number 205-2025 THAT the Mayor and Council approve a $3,500.00 budget for management staff to organize a Christmas party for staff, Mayor and Council plus their partners/spouses. Carried Motion Number 206-2025 Motion to recind resolution Number: 205-2025 to amend the amount from $1,500.00 to $3,500.00 for budget of 2025 staff Christmas party. Carried LATE ITEM: Fleet Policy 2025-05 Motion Number 207-2025 THAT Mayor and Council approve the City of Greenwood's Fleet Policy 2025-05. Carried Notice of Motions De-Classified Motions For Public Record THAT Council approve resolution (51-ICM-25) from the November 10, 2025 In-Camera Meeting be declassified from In-Camera and made public in the Regular Meeting Minutes of November 10 , 2025: THAT Mayor and Council support as a shareholder, the West Boundary Community Forest purchase of the Wood Lot 0475. AND THAT Council direct Mayor Bolt to call a shareholders meeting at the next WBCF December 2, 2025.
