Call to Order/Roll Call Chair Rlan called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present: Chair: Vice-Chair: Board Members: A. J. Ryan IV Lori Lewellen Joyce L. Davis Tamara James Marco A. Salvino, Sr. K. Michael Chen Eve Boutsis Elora Riera. MMC Executive Director: Cit_v Attomey: CRA Secretary: 2. Citizen Comments None. --i. Administrative Reports Executive Director Chen requested that the Board move their CRA meeting to September 13s to be in conjunction with the City Commission meeting and budget meeting. There was consensus fiom the Board. Executive Director Chen presented his administrative report that was provided to the Board in their packets. He touched on the following topics: The PATCH - Open House - Unveiling - Volunteer Recruitment - CW Thomas Park After School Program Fruitful Fields Programs at The PATCH - Grow City Youth Intemship - Adult lntem Program

Veterans, Youth and Special Need Agriculture Assistance Program Partnership with Memorial Healthcare Love Our Nation Programs at The PATCH - Earth to Table - SPARKS - iood education workshops - LON Financial Litercacv - Raised beds - Volunteers - Compost - Irrigation System - 2nd Nursery - Seeds -1. Presentations There were no presentations. 5. Consent Asenda 5.1 Minutes: - August 27.2024 CRA Board Meeting 5.2 Travel Requests: None. Board Member James made a motion to approve the consent agenda. The motion was seconded by Vice Chair Lewellen which carried unanimously on voice vote. 6. Proposals and Bids There were no proposals on this agenda. 7. Discussion and Possible Action 7 .1 CRA Budget Discussion City Attomey Boutsis read the title of the resolution. Executive Director Chen introduced the item. Reflects the conversations from the workshop meeting. To answer Board Member Salvino's question. Chief Financial Oflcer Frank DiPaolo commented that approximately $1.000.000.00 is being carried fbrlr'ard to the FY25 budget. Board Member Salvino asked how many positions is that salary amount covering. and Executive Director Chen responded that it is lbr 4 positions. Executive Director Chen provided an overview of the proposed budget for The PATCH and Fruitfut Fields and the need for an RFP. Vice Chair Lewellen made a motion to approve the resolution. The motion was seconded b1 Board Member Davis which carried unanimouslv on voice vote. 7.2 Facade Grant Application - Gasper Arts - 250 S. Federal Highway Executive Director Chen introduced the item. Vice Chair Lcwellen made a motion to approvc the application. The motion was seconded bl Board Member Sah ino ll'hich carried unanimously on voice vote. 8.
