CITIZEN COMMENT Type Discussion, Information Citizen input is vital to the improvement of our school district and because we value citizen input, all citizen comments will be heard at the beginning of the meeting prior to action on any agenda items. We are happy to listen to your remarks, but request they are delivered in a respectful manner. Most times your remarks will be listened to without comment from the Board members or Superintendent. This does not mean it is listened to with any less intensity or concern. Where appropriate , the School Board, Superintendent, and staff will investigate your comments and report back to you with an answer. Please make sure your phone number is written on your comment card. The expectation for the audience is that decorum is maintained in the room and professionalism and respect shown to each other and district staff. If you need to have a conversation, please walk out into the lobby. There is to be no clapping, cheering, yelling, or speaking loudly. If there is, I will bang the gavel and ask for quiet with a warning. If the same folks continue, they will be escorted out by one of the deputies. Please maintain decorum and respect so everyone can hear, and the board can do the work of the district. We thank you for taking the time and having the concern to make our district better. Comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes and you will need to state your name and address for the record. File Attachments Citizen Comment 2-13-2024001.pdf (895 KB) E. CONSENT AGENDA Subject 1.
