Motion by Rainey, second by Silva, carried unanimously , to APPROVE the following Consent Calendar items a through c and e through h:

WARRANT REGISTER - none submitted.

APPROVED CITY COUNCIL MINUTES of May 27, 2008, May 29, 2008 and June 3, 2008.

ADOPTED ORDINANCE NO. 2071 amending Title 6 (Business, Professions and Trades), Chapter 11 (Massage Services) of the Municipal Code relating to payment for massage services (introduced June 3, 2008).

2c - Massage Ordinance Amendment

ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 08-24 establishing the Fiscal Year 2008-2009 annual appropriations limit.

2e - Annual Appropriations Limit

APPROVED AGREEMENT with The Creek Middle School Youth Center for summer use of the facility for a total lease cost of $7,875.

2f - The Creek Sublease Agreement

AWARDED CONTRACT NO. 08-07 for the City Hall Floodproofing Project to Mark Scott Construction, Inc. for a price of $81,587 with a contingency not to exceed $8,200.
