Join us as we review and discuss the Housing Opportunity Districts (HODs), a rezoning project, General Plan

amendments, and Addendum to the Milpitas General Plan 2040 EIR. This vital project aims to increase

housing supply, implement General Plan policies, and revitalize commercial centers while incenƟvizing

affordable housing.

This meeƟng will consist of three 45 minute focus

sessions for each NCMU area as follows:

6:00—6:45pm: Dixon Rd

7:00—7:45pm: Calaveras/Park Victoria

8:00-8:45pm: Landess
