CALL TO ORDER – ROLL CALL – PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Chairman Donnelly called the meeting to order at 5:59 PM PRESENT: Chairman Donnelly, Vice Chairman Duke, Commissioners Scholting and Bradshaw ABSENT: Commissioners: Holtslander and Mcnamara and Youth Commissioner Drury 2. PUBLIC COMMENT Public Comment was not received 3. DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS Vice Chair Duke disclosed she had Ex Parte Communications with Chairman Donnelly. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 4.1. AYES: Chairman Donnelly, Vice Chairman Duke, Commissioners Scholting and Bradshaw NOES: None ABSTAIN: None 5. ACTION ITEMS 5.1. Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-007, thereby recommending that the City Council amend the City adopted Waterfront Specific Plan as it relates to allowed use mix and land use configuration. Contract Planner Richard Smeaton presented the proposed changes to the Waterfront Specific Plan, questions were asked and answered by the commission and staff. Public Comment was received Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-007 recommending that the City Council amend the City adopted Waterfront Specific Plan as it relates to allowed use mix and land use configuration was approved by a consensus vote. ABSENT: Commissioners: Holtslander and Mcnamara 6. INFORMATION ITEMS 6.1. Planning Projects and Code Enforcement updates Staff provide the Commission with updates on Current Planning Projects and Code Enforcement cases. Public Comment was not received. 7. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS • Commercial fencing standards • Sunset Plaza General Plan consistency determination 8.
