Discussion Items Type Information Item Description: Effective progress monitoring is an essential practice for Boards that are implementing a Student Outcomes Focused Governance model. For this item, the Board will review the recommendations from the ad-hoc committee on progress monitoring, discuss what it means to have strategic conversations with the Superintendent, and watch clips of practices from other school boards. The Board will discuss its monitoring practices for 2026-27.
