The 30-second read

Record incomplete

The Manatee County Planning Commission meeting scheduled for March 13, 2025, was canceled because not enough members were present to conduct official business. All agenda items, including several zoning and land-use requests, have been postponed to future dates.

Why it matters

The postponement delays official decisions on eight land-use and zoning applications, including wetland protection amendments and various commercial and residential development projects, until late March or April 2025.

What happens next

The scheduled meeting date has passed. Minutes or an action agenda are not published in the records we hold.
