This would be a cost savings of approximately $15,000 Move Bridge Assistant Principal position to District-level position. Reallocation of this administrative position would provide for better oversight at not only Bridge, but more importantly, WayPoint. With such a change, there have been other duties included in Item 6.4 - Coordinator of Special Projects job description as a way of making the best use of our resources. The AP and Coordinator position are both paid at a Level II. Staffing change at MCCS: Convert current 12-mth Assistant Principal position to 10-month Dean position. This change would eliminate the third AP position and provide staffing for a fourth Dean as part of the Leadership Team. This would be a cost savings of approximately $17,000.
