Channel 19 on Cox Communications, Channel 24 on Spectrum Cable and Channel 99 on AT&T U-Verse (Program Name: “City of Encinitas Broadcasts”). The Board meetings are also broadcasted live and archived for viewing via the City’s website at https://encinitasca.gov/Government/Agendas-Webcasts .

VISUAL MATERIALS FOR BOARD MEETINGS:

All digital presentation materials must be emailed to it-service-desk@encinitasca.gov at least 2 hours before the meeting (appeal hearing materials are due 7 days in advance). Accepted formats include digital photos, Microsoft Office files, and PDFs. CDs, DVDs, and USB drives will not be accepted. All files must be in PC format and labeled with the corresponding agenda item number. If technical assistance is necessary, IT will be available to presenters from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. All presentations are considered part of the maximum time limit provided to speakers.

To submit written comments, e-mail cityclerk@encinitasca.gov and include the related agenda item in the subject line. Email comments will be provided to the Board and included in the meeting record. Any writings or documents submitted to a majority of the Board regarding an agenda item, received after the agenda is posted and before the meeting, will also be included as part of the official record.

IN-PERSON COMMENTS:

Speaker Requests will be accepted no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. Please be aware that the President has the authority to reduce equally each speaker’s time to accommodate a larger number of speakers. Speakers are allotted three (3) minutes to address the Board on any one item. All requests to speak must be submitted before the Board begins to discuss the item.
