Staff Present: Tanya Richardson, Director; Shaun Cooper, Assistant Director; Craig Duprey, Supervising Ranger. • Duprey provided an overview of Lopez Lake Recreation Area, it’s facilities, operations, staffing coverage, shifts, routine maintenance, and deferred maintenance. • The group toured the camping cabins, marina store and group camping areas. 4 10:30 AM* Travel to Cayucos Vets Hall Project**

Staff Present: Tanya Richardson, Director; Shaun Cooper, Assistant Director; Clayton Shong, Public Works Capital Project Inspector. Members of the Public: Jeff; Richard Watsons. • Shong provided an overview of the construction progress and noted that it is 85% complete. • The group toured the outside BBQ area, ADA access improvements, the main hall, kitchen, restrooms meeting room, and art/history room. • Richardson discussed fees for renting the facility. • The Commission discussed holding the next Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting on December 5, 2024. • Hilton shared that a Bob Jones Trail fundraising campaign was being launched. 5 12:45 AM* End *All times are approximate. **Commissioners will be traveling separately.
