5. The Planning Board sitting as the Local Planning Agency will hold a

Public Hearing concerning the following:

The Town of South Palm Beach received an application from Lewis, Longman, & Walker,

P.A. representing 3550 South Ocean Condominium Association, Inc. requesting a Variance

for the following:

• Section 26-398(a)(2): A variance is requested to reduce the minimum required off-

street parking spaces from 60 spaces to 47 spaces to accommodate the removal of

the mechanical parking lifts.

• Section 26-397(a): A variance is to allow a reconfiguration of the parking layout to

allow tandem parking. The parcel is located at 3550 South Ocean Blvd., South Palm

Beach, Florida 33480.
