CALL TO ORDER – ROLL CALL – PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Chairman Donnelly called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM PRESENT: Chairman Donnelly, Commissioners Benson, Holtslander, Hechtman, Mcnamara and Scholting and Youth Commissioner Fortes ABSENT: None 2. PUBLIC COMMENT Public comment was received 3. DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS Commissioner Hechtman spoke with John Bento, who just said that he was appreciative of the process that we're going through and the discussions that we're having Chairman Donnelly spoke to the City Manager about why the Costera project was not on tonight’s meeting agenda 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 4.1. Approve the minutes of January 8, 2025

ACTION ITEMS 5.1. Swear in Commissioner Samuel Benson Planning Commission Clerk Krystine Ball swore in new Commission Samul Benson 5.2. Nominate Vice Chair Motion made by Commissioner Hechtman to nominate Emmette Holtslander for Vice Chair. Motion made by Commissioner Emmette Holtslander to nominate Lisa Hechtman as Vice Chair and a second by Commissioner Scholting and passed by the following roll call vote: AYES: Chairman Donnelly, Commissioners Benson, Holtslander, Mcnamara and Scholting NOES: Commissioner Hechtman ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None 5.3. Recommend that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution 2025-002, APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AND REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT No. 2022-004 AND SITE AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW PERMIT No. 2022-004 PERTAINING TO A BED AND BREAKFAST USE AT 507 MAIN STREET Motion made by Commissioner Holtslander approves resolution 2025-002 second made by commissioner Benson and passed by the following roll call vote: AYES: Chairman Donnelly, Vice Chair Hechtman Commissioners Benson, Holtslander, Mcnamara and Scholting NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None
