The session will begin and conclude with an open meeting in the Board Room at the same address. The Closed Attorney/Client Session is to discuss strategies related to litigation expenditures in the matter of SOUTHWEST CHARTER FOUNDATION, INC., Plaintiff v. THE SCHOOL BOARD OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, Defendant, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, CASE NO. 24-CA- 004665.
