REQUESTED ACTION: ADOPT Resolution No. 20-12 adopting Mitigated Negative Declaration 2355 and approving Development Plan review 19-00007 to facilitate the construction of a 303,228 sq. ft. industrial building on approximately 15.6 acres of land located along the eastern side of Wilson Avenue, approximately 1,000 feet south of East Rider Street, based on the findings and subject to the conditions of approval.
Commissioners Jimenez and Hammond, acknowledged that they visited the site prior to the meeting.
Associate Planner Garcia, presented the project to the Commission.
Commissioner Hernandez, requested clarification on the amenities for the project.
