City of Fernandina Beach Code of Ordinances exist: Section 42-116 Duty to Maintain Property, 42-173

Wrecked or Inoperable Motor Vehicles, 74-66 Local Business Tax Receipt - Required, LDC Chapter

7.01.05D Recreational Vehicles, Boats, Trailers or Similar Vehicles. Requesting Board determination of

the case.
