>> test miami-dade . >> test miami-dade . >>chair: please rise for the invocation and pledge of allegiance. Bow your heads . GOD , this day that we stand before you we've never seen before and will never seen again we ask that you bless our actions. Let us be good stewards of your land and your people, amen. >> I pledge allegiance to the flag of the united states of america and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under GOD, with liberty and justice for all. >>chair: okay. MISTER Attorney . >>county attorney: good morning MISTER Chair. Which would you like to start with, cdmp or zoning? >>chair: what's more expeditious? >>county attorney: cdmp has one item, it's a request for deferral so if you want to take that one first but there are several requests for deferral in zoning as well. >>chair: let's take the one item 1st . >>county attorney: let's start with cdmp. there is one change to your agenda which is a scriveners error and with the exception of that a motion to set the agenda is in order. >>chair: motion by vice chair, seconded by commissioner steinberg. Show the agenda set. >> MISTER Chair if I MAY on the zoning meeting there's item 3I. One of the applicants MAY need to catch a plane so if we could move that up . >>chair: we can move that up . Can we take care of the one deferral on cdmp first? Let's get that deferred and then we will go to 3I . >>county attorney: let me read in the title for the record, ordinance related to comprehensive development master plan providing disposition of applications number cdmp 20220014 located on the east side of east dixie highway filed by bislot llc to amend the county comprehensive development master plan and item 3a1 pertaining to the application filed by bislot llc asking state to take final action at a later date and intent to conduct one or more public hearings. 3a1 will be withdrawn if final action is taken on 3a but applicants have requested deferral is for modification, if the is deeper we will have the room being reopened and it will be deemed denied with that i will the applicants make this . >>speaker: as you will recall from the last time we were here we are working with our residential neighbors to arrive at limitations on the potential development that hopefully everyone could live with . The data we needed for that company and didn't arrive until late last week so we have not been able to meet again. We were scheduled to have two meetings last week so we would ask for an additional 30 day extension of time. We understand that it would need to be re-advertised, the notice both of which we have an issue with . We are working in good faith to resolve these issues and that we would ask for additional time. >> is your chair I would ask that we move these items and in accordance with his request at whatever the cdmp meeting would be consistent with that and we would still have the public hearing on that item. >> yur motion would include public hearing at the meeting at which it's going to be deferred to. So the MAY meeting, the MAY cdmp meeting is MAY 18 in this room at 9:30, is that acceptable to the parties or is more time obliged? >> if you're asking me, I'm keeping hope alive we can be resolved by MAY 18. >> so MAY 18 is fine, do you need more time? >> commissioner, I hope we do not . I am confident we have the data now to provide the covenant restrictions requested by the neighborhood . So I think we can do it. >> let me just enter interject . It's been a minute on this one. If you need more time now is the time to set it out. Because the next time this is up , it's probably going to be the last time this is up. >> I'm not going to belabor this but you'll recall this item didn't have a hearing so we didn't know there was any issue with the neighborhood until we got there the first time it's not like we've been sitting on our hands. Again, it's for commissions discretion . I think we can do it in 30 days if the will is to extend it to 60 is within your discretion. >> my motion was based off the motion that you requested on the . But in abundance of caution we would be done with it. >> I would note for the record if the neighbor needs to speak on that part. >> I have a question . Thank you . When is , what would 60 days be because I want to make sure because people go away for the summer and everything else that the community as an opportunity to come back so what's that date is not the next meeting, the next meeting after MAY. JUNE cdmp meeting is JUNE 22. >> that MAY be problematic I'm not sure. Graham, do you tink you could get everything in 30 days for the MAY meeting because the public hearing would be reopened at that time. >> I think we are waiting for a long time to get the layout so we knew where the buildings could go so we could enter into covenant. We haven't so now it's a matter of negotiating but I think we could get done done this week , that timeframe works. And just to belabor this the neighborhood has been also think we should be able to set as many meetings as we need to . >>chair: commissioner hardemon I believe there asking for an amendment of 30 days rather than 60 days, 30 days it is . >> to make clear that includes reopening the public hearing. >>chair: it's been moved and seconded, all those in favor say aye . Show it continued for 30 days. >> we will take it up and that concludes your cdmp agenda . The same agenda and we've done eight in the last few weeks. Does anyone have an issue with that? Sorry dennis, you are on it . Legislative request, you've got . >>chair: MISTER Attorney . >>county attorney: MISTER Chair
