The Agriculture and Natural Resources Conference Committee will now come to order. I'd like to first welcome Senator Broder, Senate members, and House members to the Conference Committee. I move to nominate Representative Snyder to chair the Conference Committee on Senate Agriculture, Environment, and General Government, and House Agriculture and Natural Resources. I now move to nominate Senator Broder to serve as Vice Chair of the Conference Committee on Senate Agriculture, Environment, and General Government, and House Agriculture and Natural Resources. Without objection, show that motion is adopted. Members, we are now formally organized. For informational purposes, members and those in the public, we have provided you a packet titled Original Side -by-Side Documents. These documents show the conference committee's starting point for the budget, proviso, back of the bill, implementing bill, and conforming bills. The documents illustrate each chamber's position as they came off of the House and Senate floor. I want to recognize Senator Broder as I believe the Senate has an offer for the House. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Yes, the Senate is pleased to make the House an offer on the budget, proviso, back of the bill, implementing bill, projects, the Senate's conforming bill, which is SB 2506E on fuel taxes. Members, the highlighted numbers on the right side of the budget spreadsheet indicate where the Senate has made movement. I believe we have a good offer, and we look forward to the House's response.
