I viewed the September 13, 2022, meeting last night. The response to your questions on the OHV Departmental report are listed below. 1. Chart of visitor counts: a. Campsite visitor counts are listed on the attached Annual Visitor Count Report. This report has been updated since the previous request, which was included in the June 14 th , 2022, council meeting. 2. Park Aide Training: a. The park aides are trained on how to perform their duties during work hours. That training includes handling customer sales, accounting for purchases, filling out daily sales logs, daily deposit drops, maintaining work areas and amenities, and customer service. The training is performed by OHV Manager with the returning park aide assisting as needed. They are also introduced to OHV related information needed to assist visitors. 3. OHMVR Division website grant balance: a. The balance amount listed on the Final Awards is the remainder of the total amount available to award minus the amounts already awarded to each applicant. This has been accomplished and continues to grow through the Borax Bill Park & Station logo, business cards, merchandise, brochures, maps, attending OHV expos and OHV trade shows, Google, Yelp, Facebook and other OHV related websites and forums. I cannot speak to what was accomplished or initiated prior to my employment, therefore; there is other information you may find when searching for Borax Bill Park.16September 27, 2022

We are currently finishing up the QA/QC of asset data and attributes. We are focusing right now on the presentation of the data and getting some input from City Staff. Since the last status update we have worked on the following:  We are continuing to work on developing mapping layers for the GIS web application and creating presentable layers of information. We are also working on custom GIS reports that present available attributes.  We met with Kari, Art, and Amo to review the status of the water GIS system on 8/18/2022. We demonstrated current data, system functionality and answered questions. Overall everything went well and we were given a few more things to work on. If you have any questions or need any additional information please give me a call or email. Sincerely, Brian D. Glidden, P.E., L.S.25September 27, 2022
