The Board welcomes you and is pleased to listen to your comments this evening. It is important that you know this is a public Board meeting and not a dialogue, so the Board members will not be responding to your comments or answering questions at this time. As a reminder, this Board meeting is being taped and live-streamed. We ask that you value the procedures and decorum of our meeting and be respectful of those at the podium, so they may be heard. When your name is called, please come forward to the podium and state your name for the record. Though not required, you may state if you are a resident of the District. The Board President will announce at the meeting the length of time each person will have to speak. It is typically between three and five minutes. You will receive a notification when you have one minute remaining. The Board President reserves the right to shorten the amount of time each speaker has to address the Board during public participation and establish a maximum number of minutes for public participation.
