Town of Otter Creek – February 10, 2026 Otter Creek Town Hall – E5905 County Road S, Wheeler WI Regular Town Board Meeting – 6 p.m. Attendees: Chair LeAnn Ralph* Supervisor 1 Cecil Hayes* Supervisor 2 Bob Bernier* - ABSENT Clerk/Treasurer Bev Bernier Guests: Chuck Boyer, Denise Axness, Gary Axness *Board Members REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING The Regular Town Board Meeting was called to order by Chair Ralph at 6:02 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Meeting minutes from the January 13, 2026 Regular Board Meeting were not read by Clerk as the Town Board reviewed the minutes prior to tonight’s meeting and agreed that the minutes did not need to be read. Motion by Bernier to approve the January 13, 2026 Regular Board Meeting minutes, second by Ralph, motion carried. Public Comments - Public Comment is limited to 3 minutes. As per the state’s Open Meetings law, there will be no back and forth discussion with the town board. The state Attorney General’s guidance is that board members can ask clarifying questions but that back and forth discussion is not advised. Communication from Town Driver – o Any road materials ordered o Any supplies purchased o Any equipment needing repair o Any damage to roads by nature or man Dropped off quote for $3000 for automatic tire chains, they are on order. Dustin, Trent and supervisor Bernier will install. Someone dumped a water heater on 670th per Shirley Shelley. Kragness and Bernier will pick up and take to the dump. Wall furnace not working, Mark Buchner will contact Bernier to clean furnace. Communication from Town Chair – EMS consolidation discussions. Next meeting is 2/16/26 6:30 p.m. Village of Colfax met 2/9/2026 and they are not joining the potential large combined district. Communication from Town Supervisors – 1/14 tree down on 990th, went with Dustin and removed tree, took tractor. 1/15 put the new blades on the wing. Got a load of sand from Wirth to mix with salt. Communication from Clerk – LP fill 2/4/26 $907.85 for 560.4 gallons Reg of Deeds PIN report – Decedent Shirley Edgeberg to Eric & Kris Edgeberg; Allen Stai to Karen Teige – warranty deed WTA District Meeting – BOR training, legislative updates $65. Saturday, March 7, 2026 - The Florian Gardens Conference Center, Eau Claire. Virtual 3/30 and 31/2026. Town Road School, April 27-29, 2026 WoodWind Park Pavilion - HVAC project to the existing building located at E7115 1058th Ave in the Town of Otter Creek, WI has been conditionally approved. New Fire Truck - authorization of clerk-treasurer to pay the Town of Otter Creek's share of the final invoice amount for the fire engine purchased by the Colfax Community Fire District. $25,524.51. Ralph motioned to authorize clerk to make payment, second by Bernier. Delivery 3/16/26. Open book Monday June 1, 2026 from 3-5pm; BOR Tuesday June 9, 2026 from 6-8pm. Flatland Inspections – no update. Treasurer - Review treasurer’s report. Bernier motioned to approve the report, second by Ralph, MC. Auditing of bills for payment

Any other business – March meeting discuss pothole filling, grading, spring road repair, schedule Spring road inspection, discuss box blade and blacktopping equip.
