All funding associated with the FEMA Public Assistance program is agreed to in subgrant agreement which must be approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Pinellas County has participated in in the F-ROC program since 2023, with the agreement and subsequent renewals being signed by the County Administrator. After the 2025-2026 agreement period, the F-ROC program will shift to automatic renewals. The County may opt out of the program at any time by making a request in writing to the Florida Division of Emergency Management...Recommended Action · There is no fiscal impact associated with this agreement.
