CDC proposes to use State Housing Initiatives Partnership funds awarded to them by Hillsborough County for the development of 24 townhomes to be sold to income eligible first time homebuyers at or below 80% of area median income (as further explained in the background). Reviewing departments, agencies, and utility providers have raised no objections to this request. Estimated costs for required advertising per statute, recording fees, and processing are accounted for in the Petitioner’s application fee of $400.
