County Departments, agencies, and utility providers have raised no objections and have no current or foreseeable need for the subject easements. Furthermore, staff notes that if this vacating request is approved, there appears to be adequate utility easement remaining on the northern boundary of Lots 32-39 and on the western boundary of Lot 17.
